Anarchy
We are a 10 man raiding guild on Stormrage-EU.

We have no age, gender or nationality requirements.
We host a handful of Brits, Swedes, Greeks, Belgians a Czech and a Dane, as-well as many others from all over Europe. With a wide range of ages from the early 20's to mid 40's. Both men and women, everyone is welcome.

All raiding applicants will be judged upon there skill and potential in-game, as-well as there ability to fit into our guild on a social level.

We are fairly relaxed in our raiding style. We like to have a laugh and have some fun when raiding, but we also expect to down bosses and make progress. We're not hardcore, we're not casual, we're something in-between. If this sounds like the kind of environment you want to raid in then give us a look.

Raid Days: (server time)
Thurs 20.00 - 23.00
Sun 20.00 - 23.00
Tues 20.00 - 23.00

Mumble access required.

If you're interested in joining us, please speak to Taskani or Gràth in-game for a chat or register on our forum to apply.

What we're looking for:

Friendly social players.
At Anarchy we're looking for friends not for numbers. We want players who want to get involved and become a solid part of the guild.

If you enjoy doing old content for achievements and mounts then we often run this type of stuff weekly. We also play other games together like League of Legends on a regular basis.

Patience and a positive attitude.
Wipe nights are a part of every raid guild. You need patience enough not to blame others for there mistakes, and also to not to blame yourself. If you stress yourself out you will only perform worse.

If you can come out from an evening of Raggie Heroic wipes and still want to go back for more then you could be what we're looking for.

Dedication.
We're looking for players who love to raid. If you get your loot and disappear then you won't be with the guild long. We raid for fun, not just to gear-up. However we do understand that a year of the same content can get tedious, and so we often cut back raid nights towards the end of an excessive raid tier.

Skills!
Everyone makes mistakes, honesty is the best policy. Its much better to show that you're aware of what you did wrong then to remain silent and pretend you didn't do anything. If you mess up you should feel comfortable enough to admit it, and make changes to improve next time.

We want players who can easily adapt to any given situation. You should know your class well and keep up-to-date with any changes. Research bosses, lookout for any tips that could give you an edge. Maximize your potential through the use of good addons. Always come to raids with flasks and potions and a stack of Tomes! xD

No Drama!
Loot is not a big thing for our guild. We simply use a /roll system to decide. That doesn't mean you should take every piece you can get. Know when to pass items for your friends and they will return the favour to you. Remember it is better to gear the entire guild then one player.

Rotations are a part of raiding. Don't take it personally if you're benched for a night. It could be due to set-up, enrage timers and class mechanics, or simply to rotate somebody in that has missed the other raids.

Arguments happen even amongst friends. Thankfully not very often! If you do find yourself in this situation though, then step back, take some time to calm down and reflect. When you're ready then come back and apologise, it takes two to tango! Often quarrels are mere misunderstandings. Remember that we're playing with people from all over the world, and that language barriers can lead to misinterpretations.

This post is so great, it makes me want to write another application!
